Remote Assistance

Remote Assistance is a system whereby Select Internet can assist you with a problem without the delay of having to visit your location.

Clicking the button below will download a small program to your computer that will allow us to view and, if necessary, take control of your computer to help you to solve any problems you may be experiencing.

You will be able to see what is taking place and can end the remote support session at any time.

You will be given a reference number on screen which you will need to give to us to enable us to connect. In this way you stay in full control.

You will need to be using Microsoft Internet Explorer to access this service. Also, the system is unfortunately not currently available to Apple Mac users.
