Remote Assistance

Remote Assistance is a system whereby Select Internet can assist you with a problem without the delay of having to visit your location.

First click on the Join Support Session button below

You will need to enter the session id, which will be supplied by Select Internet.

A small program will need to be dowloaded to your computer. When prompted run the program or if the option to run the program is not available, save it to a convenient location and then click on the saved file to run it.

You will be able to see what is taking place and can end the remote support session at any time.

At the end of the session the program downloaded will be automatically deleted from your computer.
